So P10 Alternatives has $21,186,873 to play with? Where did that money come from? Mr. Webb? And is this going to be his personal investment management business?

I really don't understand what this P10 Alternatives entity means and how that relates to PIOE. Thanks in advance for any explanation you can offer.
