What is the advantage of the surgeon led placement at CDN .25 if Titan executes another offering that will potentially bring us back to those levels?
I am not understanding the strategic vision - Titan could have organically increased PPS to .60+ by January, however chose to squander the opportunity by impeding current momentum and raising $ right before tax loss season. This offering shows a lack of confidence, despite McNally’s animated and manufactured guidance, IMO.
The conference call hurts McNally’s credibility - clearly held in an attempt to inflate the stock price prior to announcing the offering. His attempt at deceiving shareholders will not work again.
Expect the Titan Medical status quo with another CDN 7 - 9million. Different leadership with the same financial story. Investing post R/S is the only way to limit your exposure and make real long-term money with this investment.
