which remains at a favorable margin when compared to the market price

Seems like SIAF is able to negotiate the number of collateral shares with the lenders?

Regarding the 30% interest loan;

Notes holders can exercise at any time from and including the day falling 60 calendar days from the date of the notes,
upon the note holders giving not less than 5 business day prior written notices to TRW and the Company, the principal
amount shall be converted to shares of the Company. The TRW may at their own discretion choose to settle such
conversion option with newly issue shares or existing shares, at their sole discretion. In the event a dividend, share split
or consolidation or spin-off (each a Corporate Event") from the Company, the conversion price shall be adjusted to
provide the same economic value to the notes holders as if such Corporate Event did not occur.

Convertible into TRW-shares or SIAF-shares?

RD, Is this the loan(s) that might have defaulted (just after Q3), and may been sold into the market? If that's the case we should see another batch of shares on the ask.

No, the loan for for Loan 1 and 2 "third parties" was $10,1m last quarter as well.
