Thanks for the clarification! I was very much aware of the granting of the 1.6 Mn shares in stock-options. But i wasn't aware of what had happened to that stipulation on pp 21-22 of the 10-K about a severance payment/salary in the event of termination. (A similar stipulation had been in place for Jay Powers, should he also be terminated from his position with PIOE.)
