My apologies because after reading my last post I realize I conveyed the wrong message. What I am saying is that the PR created a stir amongst the creditors and court, that Louie was unfamiliar with CWIR as Harry only mentioned his other company as the acquiring company. Clearly the creditors are going to want to know if he is in a position to not only take over the company but to remunerate them for what they feel they are owed. The courts are going to want to know if Harry has the ability to really make the company solvent. So in essence, Harry is defending his PR. He has to show that he is a real player. The interesting wrinkle in all of this is that Louie gave me the sense that he had not heard from Harry and was not certain if Harry was really interested. Louie seemed to indicate that he had other suitors that better met what he was looking for. Louie made it very clear that neither he or Alan gave the quotes that are in the PR. This is a convoluted mess.
