If you read the Q correctly, they did not make an investment into crypto currency rather it looks like the idiot Dietrich attempted to raise money using crypto currency. I think the Q validates the fact that this Dietrich was a complete idiot and fraud. Where did all the money go? $11K in revenues and over $7M in expenses? Now that he is gone and the pathetic quarterly results are behind the Company, we can only hope better days are to come.
They're only estimating $100,000 in proceeds from the sales and issuance of rights to receive MassRootsCoin token. How does that help alleviate the large debt the company had ? Also, their valuation of "Goodwill" is absolutely ubsurd. How did the companies goodwill rise from 3 million at the end of March this year to 5 million this month? Fishy
