I am on board...but it isn't semantics. There is a huge difference and, assuming the person I spoke to was really Louie and he was being truthful, Harry handled the whole pursuit of ATG like an amateur.
Now, he does seem to have brought heavy weights around him, if the PRs are to be believed. Again, assuming the person I spoke to was Louie and he was being truthful, he said the quotes in the September PR were false and that ATG has sent Harry a legal demand to retract the PR.

nice try. why is CWIR mentioned in the court documents then?
