I didn't leave out the words partnership equity interest, partnership equity interest is stated and later defined well outside the excerpt that I provided, direct from the filing. The quote that I provided was from the filing, it was it's own paragraph well after the term you indicated was listed and I don't believe after reading the filing several times they are synonymous.
