Actually, my impression of Steve is that he is exactly opposite of that. He's a salesman through and through. He did NOT create these apps. He did not apply for patents to technology. He is a salesman. He saw an opportunity and a market. He worked hard to create some cash flow so that he could get hold of 100% of a company that is made up of techies and patent holders...not salesmen. He brought on board with him...guess what?...other salesmen. People with connections in various areas and the ability to get this product in front of the right people.

Steve's a salesman, and that's why the distracted driving apps are going to make Steve and investors $$$$. He's going to create sales and he's going to look for a buy out....plain and simple.

You can trust and go along for the ride or you can balk and move elsewhere.
