The PDGO site is not the kind of site that would be charged monthly. That would be for a more sophisticated site with things like checkout carts and payment systems. The PDGO site is a simple site that requires no attention or maintenance and would be billed for anywhere from 1 year to 5 years, and paid for in advance. Could also be that whatever credit card the website host has on file is still valid and is being automatically charge for a year or more of hosting. The domain name is still under Vince's name and is set to expire November 4th 2018.

The last change made to the PDGO website was the address and phone numbers. That happened sometime between April 23rd and May 25th 2015... So it's been over 2 years since anything has happened there and likely done by the so called "new" CEO Nikos Glimidakis. That was also about the same time the Louisiana Operator contact information was changed. since then the wells have been deemed orphaned and they are several regulatory issues that still need to be dealt with including the payment of several fines and the reestablishment of a bond fund as the original has been forfeited to the State.
