Betting they Buy Up the shares....Looks like a Curve Ball as damage control for prior 411 coming to Light prior to their Wishes and the shares being Scooped..!!
There was massive Volume on the initial run....I don't think the lower Hanging Fruit will be given Up..!!..

"the business combination" part of the filing is what caught my attention !

this is a new add to the last filing unveiling a possible plan for RMRK

this "business combination" part is a pure confirmation of a potential full Merger of RMRK & The Crypto company !


on the other hands when we see RMRK going current then the countdown is ON for a Press Release regarding RMRK plans (this is going to happen before 2018)

the letter of intent NEWS or the merger News is very likely to hit shortly after going current

and this should happen this quarter as RMRK is expected to go current soon

what we know that 108 K has been paid to settle liabilities on RMRK behalf and that money is being also paid to get RMRK to current status

so in conclusion ,when RMRK will go current the countdown is ON for a press release regarding RMRK and this is supposed to happen this quarter in order to close the full acquisition /Merger in 2018 as stated in the filing
