I can’t for the life of me think of anything that might constitute a plan except for one thing.
Perhaps they are in cahoots with the shorts?

That was my first thought also. However, there is one problem with that theory. Shorts are so greedy they are never satisfied. Synergy could do this to give them a chance to cover and they would simply sell more shares short and drive it down further. Shorts are blinded by greed and greed is never satisfied.

Face it, we are nothing to this company.

SGYP and SRNE (my two bio stocks) are in a race to the bottom. Both had good earnings and immediately diluted. We are cooked.
