Exactly. And Berkowitz needs to realize the warrants are not his nor Ackmnas to use as leverage or a negotiating tool. Berkowitz has been the reason for this extended delayed Conservatorship in my opinion.
Bruce had said last year he talks to the government daily trying to make a deal.
Bruce seems desperate here IMO and two years later hasn't got the hint that the gov wants nothing to do with him.
