The lower the price the lower they can convert the debt....so as per the filing the note converts at 55% of the lowest trade for the last 20 trading days. Currently they are able to convert at 55% of the .0025-.003 low we had last month. In the next couple days the 20 day lowest will be much higher since we ran to over .02. So that being said the higher the price the higher the rate and the less shares that have to be issued to satisfy the remaining 12k on the note
