There are no false reports, the lawsuit (Not FINE) was fluff in my opinion. Chemosat is just a complicated technology to see value in. OM approval is the only type liver cancer half way close, OM likely is too tiny, look at presentations on revenue potential for OM, that is ocular melanoma.
The FDA will never believe anything this co. puts out. Fined 8M for being in bed with the shorts and putting out false reports. Their technology is also 30 years old and outdated. They lost their chance in 2009 getting approved, and dumb a--. Hobbs refused a takeover.
