There is volume, 200,000 traded so far today.
That's 1/7 of its entire float based on 1.4 million shares outstanding per my understanding.

Your statement shows you need to do more homework on reverse splits. I believe though when this went to 36 cents, maybe 700 million shares traded. To get the same volume in dollars, comparing 1/3 presplit cents to 36 cents, you would have to multiply by 100 and divide by 350, about 200 million shares, a real trick for outstanding shares of about 1.4 million
