We'll know really quick, as the 10-Q is due today.

Of course, we can always look at the previous 10-Q's and 10-K's and see that no business is being conducted.

Excellent due diligence is a wonderful thing.

Hey Roddy, I only base my opinions on previous VSPC financial statements as well as VSPC losing all their employees except Dr. K? This along with no recent PRs, no FB updates since May, the stock plunging to new record lows? I am with Casino, we will let the 10K tell the story. If they are still conducting business and are still commercially viable I stand corrected. And conversely, if the 10K shows what I believe to be the case you will stand corrected? Does that make any sense to you? Let's let the data tell us if the company is viable? Historically if you look back most (woops ALL) of your predictions for this company have not been correct? So although you post things suggesting the company is still a viable commercial entity selling grass, the data does not support your opinions? Could be that someone's DD is flawed?? It could be mine?

Roody, forgot to add that the company has NEVER made a profit since the day it started and it has burned through 50 plus MILLION DOLLARS of shareholder monies! I think commercially viable means that a company makes a profit? Maybe not early on but after all these years and after spending all that money you would think that they would be at least marginally profitable? Or at least have some real revenue? Do you have access to insider info that indicates my DD is wrong? Lets see what the most recent 10Q says? Expenses should be down as there are NO EMPLOYEES! Also remember I am in the Business so I may actually have some actual field knowledge of their products and B-Strategy.

Roady,

Looks like we will not find out today if your DD or my DD is correct. I am a little worried that the delay in the 10Q is because the company is sooooo busy that they have just not had time to work through all the numbers???? They are probably setting all kinds of records! Bet they are record lows!
