Not true my friend! By selling AND BUYING ON THE OPEN MARKET over and over I am able to gain hundreds of shares. When you buy the warrants (as I have)(I got my ballcap yesterday in the mail!) the funds are locked up. I am gaining hundreds of shares that will skyrocket in value after December - not foolish.

Well, it's only 5k down the tubes if you think it's going to zero.....??? I should confess that I may flip these too. I DO have a long term position in this via the warrants, which if I was smarter, I would have sold long time ago. Didn't anticipate the pause in drilling or another warrant program so soon. So, that being said, I also have a trading position via my Roth, as it's too hard to get in and out with the unit program. Plus, Roth is tax free with s/t cap gains. If you watch the morning action recently, MM's will drive it down hard with large volume, and then price will pause once they are done trading early, and then a usually rally of .5-.10 during the day from the low and it will hold relatively flat intra-day, but watch the close for a fade sometimes. IF...big IF...you want to flip them, you can still make some money, but it's risky. The pattern isn't ALWAYS that way, but so far, my quick hits are offsetting some of the losses in my other account. Even if it drops more, once THE announcement comes out, share price should fly north. I still think it's oversold from a technical standpoint, but yes the price could continue to drift lower.

I DO NOT ENDORSE DAY TRADING. JUST AN OBSERVATION OF PRICE ACTION RECENTLY.
