Well if words mean anything, and I usually think they don't, it does seem based on latest PR's that Kman is at least acknowledging SH if not actually trying to address their concerns. I have managed businesses myself for 2 decades, both private and public. Kman has been managing CYTRX like a private business accepting poor short term results and current lack of success (PPS, MC, overall company value) as being okay only focusing on long term results. In privately owned business, that is okay, but in a publicly held company, SH value must always come first or at a minimum, a plan must be explained in a detailed manner. Of course, I could be giving Kman too much credit - but I hope not.
