There is only one reason to raise the A/S and that is because they think they will need it as shares get dumped.
Sometimes these pinky penny scams like to make a big deal and LOWER the A/S and hype that.
I have to wonder - did FINRA ever deny a R/S Or name change for this stock? I’ll have to go back and see if that was ever a plan. Or it they ever mentioned going to Nasdaq.

This stock has had scam written all over it for quite awhile. And that does appear to have changed.
