remember fdbl has done business before with PALLADIUM so regardless of anyones passionate feelings FAN PASS or FAN PASS LIVE will be up and running at some point hopefully soon.the deal with ALPHA is fdbl picks up the 2nd tranche of $200,000 as long as FAN PASS or FAN PASS LIVE is
trading from 9 months of the first closing.so maximum time allowed to get FAN PASS or FAN PASS LIVE rolling and collect from ALPHA should be in april,2018?imo
