This is the best move jean could have made. He has taken the company as far as he could with limited finances and basically one horse pulling the load. Ten million shares gives them sufficient incentive to make deals that are good for EVERYONE. The two products have a lot of value. ONOV needed a high powered company with many connections to make deals quickly. The stock price will go up as the deals are made! NOW WE HAVE A FUTURE !
