The ONLY disclosure made by BVTK regarding the $21 million was for a deal that DPT was still negotiating...and as a result BVTK said there was no revenue guarantee....let alone that $21 million showing up in the next quarter.
As for what DPT decides to tweet or O’Leary decides to say or not...they are a private company...they can say pretty much whatever they want...true, false or exaggeration.
