I cannot readily address offhand the efficiency of their design. I researched their info and others long ago and it appeared efficient and feasible. It did come out of ATA(?)engineering testing in California. That I know because I wrote to them and got a reply. But what I want to know... and I believe you stated the unit was not now undergoing certification testing. So my question is focused on that process.
To the SAUERS, what is the status of the certification?
