Bears are just being honest, reverse splits never work out well with pinks. Most the time after a split you lose your shirt. If the company announced a 5 for 1 reverse split that wouldn't be so bad but I just don't see it. A share buyback would be ideal but where would they get the capital, this company is not profitable.
I just looked at the most recent 20-F, this company has a ton of convertible debt, so after the split watch out for massive dilution. This company needs to retire some of the convertible debt, otherwise plan on about five more reverse splits, the amount of toxic debt is ridiculous.
