He should love the OTC where the stock can’t be shorted. If it could, it wouldn’t be at this level and would have collapsed much faster. he can manipulate the OTC, can’t manipulate Nasdaq quite so easily

He hates the OTC as much as shareholders, but until this becomes a reality, we'll stay close to these levels.
