For sure. Can’t help but think the second go around will be smoother with defined rules and regulations in place. From what I? understand, there was too much uncertainty in how the process went on the first attempt, hence the additional info requests and resetting of 60 day clock.
If those uncertainties can become black and white, then navigating them with confidence should lend to a smoother attempt this go around. Just my two cents.
