I did not say that OnStar can do anything that ONCI apps can do. It has communication with the CAR, I said. And GM gets a monthly fee from its users. That is ONGOING REVENUE for GM. ONCI's product has no monthly element.
It would be a simple matter for OnStar to add a phone disabler. It need not violate any ONCI patents if it uses their own patented tech.
