.....FC already closed in escrow and has taken 40% (20 each year) in tax credits.....................no urgency on frankie's part........he's long done with this mess and milking the F/- out of it, imo.......frankie might be dragging this monster out to get a higher value on FC stock - - being used in lieu of cash to settle with uwbi cusip holders.............very logical, imo........ROCK ON FRANKIE.........

....I'll bet a lot of those uwbi cusip holders go both ways, if you know what I mean........................
