If he is still holding shares..then I can't rule out anything out here as long as there is a ticker symbol trading on any tier of the market.

You must be in contact with him or with someone who is to know that info so matter of factly..whats your opinion on all this? Anything to share to give any hope to those of us trapped in this thing?
