After reading this....why would they terminate his employment on Oct 3 if the deal was soon to close? It's his job to get us certified right?

How were they paying him?... From the $1M raised by investors who all seem like great people and just want to make some money.

This is really bad news how can Tony make all these promises and at the same time PAY everybody when we don't even have enough money to buy songbird? Now I am really pissed I need some tea :(

No financials
No plane
No cert
No reason to hold this stock anymore sorry guys

Line 9 says BLTA generated Zero Income from zero operations..
Line 10 says this Bozo was Director of Operations.

Seems this Bozo Directed Zero Operations, by his own admission,
due to Bozo stating Zero Operations were conducted.
Seems Baltia should be suing Bozo for Non Performance of Duty as Director.

What exactly did Bozo do as Director of Operations to earn money?
Just another POS looking for a free handout. pffffffft!

Suit reminds me of the guy who murders his parents and the asks the Court for leniency because he is an orphan.

If Bozo was fired because he didn't do his job (Note he is saying in the Complaint that Baltia hasn't been operational, implying therefore, that he's not to blame for anything, since this is business as usual.) there should be some reference or affirmations as to his outstanding performance, or at least that he performed "suitably". He makes no such claim.

If Bozo was fired because good things are about to happen, in which he was instrumental in achieving and Baltia simply doesn't want to pay him, then his Complaint should allege his stellar performance, and his right to share in Baltia's good fortune.

It appears that his only complaint is that he was lied to about the status of the Company and it's possible success. What kind of Operations Manager Candidate doesn't look at the Company's operation in toto before accepting the position?

As an aside; if Baltia is on the brink of major success, then this is a small amount and is merely a nuisance suit.
