No, I disagree and that is where a newbie wouldn't understand. My feeling is we win, but if we don't I feel confident VPLM has a great plan. Almost feel as though a loss would be best, but that is a stretch. In addition, Oil States is a great backup, as are patents in Asia and elsewhere.

Have to agree that's the most likely outcome scenario, since I don't operate on blind faith and/or compulsions & attitudes like those that berate others continuously. The facts about Apple are pretty undeniable & they have used that MO forever. This co was built to go on & on lime this merry go round. We'll, recently someone said here that the big news would be on the 10th or 11th. Nada, as usual... Hey, do you know what Friday's NIT W was? Coupled with the doowap (dwap) is the hidden secret not realized everyday that shows the TRUE story of this great, and goodied stock that will make everyone rich maybe by the time they can't even function anymore (old age).
