Hutschi, FYI, the Ronin SEC documents state their proxy as being [COLOR] as they do not yet know what it can be.
In practice most all are White for the company and a common color like Blue or Red for the opposition (and in theory there could be more than just the two).
So the board saying WHITE vs BLUE/RED/PINK/PURPLE is a reasonable shorthand that I think all understand.
