Here is some solid facts from another poster who has also emailed Louie as I have. I suggest all do this as the deal is not SET in stone and other offers are on the table to acquire ATG.

So we cannot determine who will be acquiring ATG ATS until the bankruptcy proceedings are complete and there is no linkage in the court system indicating CWIRs intentions. So we are basing this potential acquistion off a press release, which is ok, but not concrete information for investors.

Which is why it's important to consider other potential LOIs which we have no mention of by the company, Harry or the other officers correct?

That is correct. There is no direct mention of CWIR in the bankruptcy proceedings. It is also correct that the details of the additional LOIs have not been published anywhere. There you have it. UF
