just my opinion, but I think royalties from Hydrapharm is unlikely. In a post on Facebook (but on Predator post about Anatabloc) someone responded to me that Anatabloc is patented in the USA but not GB. That is patently false. (Is that a pun?) The counsel for Miller told me that hydrapharm/predator could be sued for damages. Also my opinion, but I would think that any new owner of the IP would also want to sue--at least to make these companies cease and desist!
