Based upon 2 mil X 10 X 50 it is only 1 Bil
Not a big hit w/ 7.6 Bil out.

Any buyback would have the same constraints and requirements. The company would have to completely overhaul its balance sheet and also attain positive operational cashflow in order to affect a buyback...and then there are notification and filing requirements.

And all of that is a long way off if it can ever even happen at all.
