GG, those are legitimate questions and I do have the answers to those questions...

bSafeMobile utilizes a direct communication with the vehicle to determine if the vehicle is in motion or not. It uses a beacon that plugs into the OBD-II port and talks to the vehicles computer and sends that information back to any electronic device running the app and paired with the beacon.

bSafeMobile has put together the best in admin reporting, driver grading, and device locking, along with the ability to do all of this while communicating with the vehicle.

Most other apps are utilizing GPS. That creates problems for them to try and determine if the device is actually in a moving vehicle and if that device is the drivers cell. bSafeMobile solves those problems.

I would agree that OnStar is going to be an issue for a sale of bFoundMobile to GMC.

The logistics companies and companies like UPS may know where the vehicles are, where they are supposed to end up, service related items, fuel usage, etc. They dont stop the drivers from texting while driving which exposes them and their insurance company to liability.

If I were Berman I would be reaching out to the top 3 fleet management systems to integrate at some level. So in addition to the current data those systems have, they would now know that driver is texting and driving on their dime.
