My guess is that is why the media is interviewing people. It seems to us from all we know and from reading the contract that if everything really was as US Global represented it was then the deal should be long done and closed and we should all be really happy. Instead we have silence and no required filings so we are left to understand that nothing reportable has taken place, so in effect Nothing has been Done it would seem from the evidence we have. The company is not making any statements to contradict that even if you want to throw "in progress" in there as that still indicates nothing is Done. All kinds of things have been in progress since they first figured out they needed to get them done. Getting them Done seems to be much more difficult.
