Urgent care dentistry is s great idea. Ppl can easily wait weeks for an appointment at their normal dentist. The idea of paying a royalty and having an existing office cover all other facets significantly cuts down on cost. As for mobile, I? know of someone who is a hygienist, she packs up a special suitcase on wheels filled with everything she’d have in the office and goes to YOU to clean, take X rates etc, works in NYC, get $400-$700 per visit!

I live in CO and looked up what is considered a routine Medicaid dental visit for a yearly cleaning. The reimbursement fee schedule can be found at http://www.dentaquest.com/state-plans/regions/colorado/dentist-page/.

Exam, 2 view x-ray, cleaning and fluoride treatment at Medicaid reimbursements comes to $122
15 well patient exams a day = $1830 day revenue per facility
5 days week = $9150
52 weeks year= $475,800

This is just yearly preventative care ONLY.
