Nope, I am right.

I know all about bankruptcy law and how it works. I post on a lot of boards of bankrupt companies, and every time there are people that tell me a don't know what I am talking about, and their company is different.

I haven't been wrong yet, and the company is never different.

Federal bankruptcy laws apply to all bankrupt companies, regardless of size or condition. When the court determines any class is unlikely to recover, they are legally excluded from the bankruptcy process from that point forward.

Have RCPIQ shareholders received any continuing mailings from the court? Have common shareholders ever been given the opportunity by the court to form an equity committee? No? Gee, I wonder why.
