I don't think you understand how bankruptcy works. Even if there is such a holder, they have absolutely no say in the matter.
It is all about the law. Common shareholders are dead LAST in line for assets. And RCPIQ has massive debts. Their best bet would be to bid on the assets in bankruptcy and acquire them free and clear of all encumbrances.
Including other shareholders.
If you really feel the IP has value, bid on it yourself. Seriously. Put a group together and acquire it yourself.
