Ha. Sounds like a fun couple hours. I feel your pain. I'd guess they probably can if that's what they want to do! Who Knows.
TDA is great. I mostly use Etrade, but have a small account with TDA specifically for free L2 and real time buys and sells.
Call them up, but if you have TDA you already have access to ThinkorSwim, which is where I see it. You basically download a program onto your computer that is linked to your TD account.
It opens separately from your account page, but same login info.
It allows you to choose different "gadgets" on the left side of the screen, and chart and research or realtime streaming of your watchlist on the right.
I set up L2 and Times and Sales under the L2 for every ticker that I'm paying attention to at the time. It's great and free with your TD - you are in there man!
