Why didn’t it rise? Seriously why can’t this stock rally at all. The Longs here all say it was a great CC, so why was buying so low and the price not moved an inch?

If you bothered to leave out the same guarantee as sequestox approval on July 14th 2016. See that guarantee was BS just like the 50% drop, but it still has another 3 months or more to drop 45.93%.
