FALSE. Obviously you don't. Dilution occurs whether t-trades happen or not.

apparently not... people think t-trades are always dilution but is is simply not true. It is just settling up of the books or trades that weren't printed during market hours, including direct purchases and disbursement of shares to satisfy equity financing (the dilution your referring to). However, the fact is,a t-trade can occur for a transaction that happened up to 6 months prior.

Yes, they do often occur together, but a t-trade is NOT defined that way.
