Obviously no buyback. But who is buying up those 3s? Unnerving to see those 2s fall like that. More uphill struggle to move beyond 4 since there will be tremendous sell off for profit during any spike due to a PR.
I still think 3s are the new base but barely. Very disheartening to have to wait until 2018 for any break beyond .001.
