green dolphin, Zion is not a fundamental play.

That's why the 10Q reads so scary. I will say this, at least they are honest, exactly as required by the SEC. They are not trying to build a rose bed.

Pretty much said it straight.

1. We have never made money at our business.
2. We get our money from our UNIT and Warrant offerings.
3. We are not promising anything.
4. We are drilling in Megiddo Jezreel.
5. We have had some promising signs.
6. We may not be here next year depending on the success of that well.
