If the may 11 special shareholders meeting was a colossal success then how come the price has dropped to .003 today from .01 like it was the day before the meeting? Investors really believed that some great news wa going to come out of the meeting but when they saw it was the same mumbo jumbo the pps started dropping even before the meeting ended that morning. Why would anyone in their right mind doubt that the acquisition was another failure when the price keeps going down and down and down.
