I tend to agree with you here.

It has been way undervalued in the $.02s and I think it is returning to a fair value. I think it settles in the .04 to .06 range without any news.

Obviously if there is a PR it could move way out of that range either up or down

My opinion is this “needs to be” in the $0.05-$0.10 for any rights offering to make sense...and that is what Parsi is looking for.
