Yes Buck I've noted that before and if it does expire, the company will just resubmit but hopefully it'll come before... I'm sure Mr. Berman will address it today although I truly believe no company and no one knows when these approvals are to come from regulators or official entities until someone at SOS or FINRA actually approves.
Funny, saw elsewhere a FINRA name/symbol approval today and there are posts stating that doesn't give any legitimacy... well, if that's the case, then this is just the wild west with absolutely no regulations/regulators/monitoring or concern for any investor/trader/gambler... so, no one should play, bet, gamble, chance, or even be here... why even have stock message boards other than run a business with it of course... real money waster, ahahah!
