I don't think they will based on my interpretation of the Quarterly/Annual schedule. Even though, I've heard very compelling cases why they could. An accounting buddy of mine told me it would however be very likely to include "notes" in the significant event section mentioning the merger. Consolidated fins is what will take us to dollars plus but I think we have enough going on to organically increase shareholder value until then. Press Releases and other major milestones is enough to hold us through February/March 2018. By then NASDAQ will be at our grasps, and I personally intend to see this through until every early long here is happily retired, and we have a mandatory celebration reunion in Maui.

Just to add....consolidated financial statement was indicated in first PR in April and supposedly mentioned again on another stock forum ( that's where Nov 9 date came from)....
